Dan Garrigan was born and raised on a farm in northwest Tennessee. He graduated from Obion County Central High School in Troy, Tennessee in 1969 and the University of Tennessee, School of Architecture in 1974. A license to practice architecture in Tennessee was granted in 1978.  He spent 15 years working for Wiseman, Bland Foster and O’Brien Architects & Engineers in Memphis before joining Askew Nixon Ferguson & Wolfe Architects in 1989 as a senior project manager. In 1998 he became a principal in the firm.

Since joining ANF, he has completed multiple projects for Gate Gourmet Division Americas - formerly Dobbs International Services - across the country and internationally as well as for USAir and Shiloh Foods. He has worked on the continuing care community master plan and facilities build-out for Trezevant Manor Episcopal Home as well as industrial projects for clients such as the Department of the Navy and Schering Plough (now Bayer). He is the Quality Control and Assurance Officer for ANF Architects.  

Dan is a proud parent of two and grandfather of four who enjoys nothing more than spoiling his grandchildren. He is very involved with his church and has held several offices and is a fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
